We have a lot of ways to be happy and this is my own path to be happy. This might be one to you too. Enjoy!
1. Smile. Even if you are not in the mood always smile.
2. Connect with nature. Appreciate the surroundings.
3. Surround yourself with positive people in person or online. Cut off the Toxic Ones that affects your life.
4. Do something you’ve always enjoyed. Like for me playing Volleyball, Singing.
5. Do something you’ve never done before but have always wanted to try. Learn to explore more new things. For sure it would be memorable
6. Learn something new. Go out to your comfort zone.
7. Smell something that makes you happy: a mandarin, your lover’s perfume, chocolate, you decide. We all have preferences on this one but for sure it’ll immediately make us happy.
8. Reward yourself for your good habits. If you achieved something like your desired grades etc. Reward yourself for doing a great job.
9. Eat something that makes you happy, but not too much if it’s fattening. Satisfy your cravings but always remember that, Savings before Cravings!
10. Spend time with a good friend. We all have that friend or group of friends that we always hangout whenever we have time. Give time and hangout with them!
11. Touch something that makes you happy, like your pets at your house. Some satisfying things to touch to as a stress reliever.
12. Don’t worry now, worry later. YOLO and you should always take every opportunity that you got or you would regret it later.
13. Say, or sing, something that makes you happy. Its always nice to voice out your feelings. Just limit yourself saying it to trusted ones!
14. Challenge yourself, I dare you. Do something thag would thrill you and challenge you.
15. Look at something that makes you happy. Like your crush or something. Something that would motivate you throughout the day
16. Stop procrastinating, do something. Its hard but we should start doing things accordingly and stop doing it the last minute. In that way we would save time and do other important things.
17. Take a small step towards your goal. No matter how small the progress are, its still a progress. Go from 1 to 10, 10 to 20, and so on until you reach your goal.
18. Congratulate yourself. Big or small achievements its okay, Congratulate yourself for exerting some effort and doing a great job
19. Tell someone you love them. Tell your family, friends you love them, for sure they love you too.
20. Do a good deed. Always give back to others
21. Face your fears. It will not go away if you keep running away
22. Read a book you love.
23. Get outside. Hang out with some friends. Or maybe go alone its okay as long as it makes you happy
24. Spend time with inspiring people or read about someone who inspires you. Do this as a motivation.
25. Clear out your junk, literally. You will never be happy with dirt.
26. Let go of negative memories. Past is past. You cannot change it, Therefore let go of it and focus on the future.
27. Dwell on positive things from your past. Joyful memories from the past would help you look forward to much more memorable moments in the future.
28. Be creative. Do some effects, Some colors to brighten up your mood.
29. Dare yourself to do something. Something that you wouldn’t do on a regular day.
30. Give someone an unexpected gift. Its always satisfying to see surprised and happy faces of someone you gifted something
